Definition: "personal data”
According to the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), personal data is individual information about the personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e., personal information such as name, identification number, location data, occupation, age, etc.

Data Security
Within the website visit, we use the widespread SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. As a rule, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is encrypted by the closed key or lock symbol in the status bar of your browser.

Contact form
You can contact us directly via our contact form https://www.thewildwild.world/contact by providing some mandatory personal data (e-mail address and your name). The processing of this personal data is only for the purpose of contacting and communicating with you regarding your request. The provision of additional data is not mandatory and is therefore voluntary by you. Your e-mail address as well as your name will only be used for correspondence with you. Please note that data transmission on the Internet can have security gaps.
At the time of sending the contact request, the date and time of sending the form will also be stored. For the processing of the data, your consent is obtained during the sending process ("I agree to the storage and processing of my personal data"). The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process your contact request.
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. For the personal data from the input masks of the contact form, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it is clear from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified. The same storage period and reasons for deletion apply to the personal data additionally collected during the sending process.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us via our contact form is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
Email security and application
Your e-mail address will only be used for correspondence with you. Please note that data transmission on the Internet can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is based on your voluntarily given consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) DSGVO. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of your request.
Insofar as you apply to us by e-mail, your personal data associated with the application documents submitted will only be processed by us as part of the application process, i.e. in the case of e-mail contact, initially received on our e-mail server, stored in our file system and analyzed with regard to your professional suitability by our HR manager and the other decision-makers (suitability forecast for the specific advertised position). Only the above-mentioned persons have access to your application documents. If you have applied for a specific position in the company and your application is nevertheless to be considered for other positions in other "departments", you must give us separate consent for this - also on the cover letter to the application.
By sending us your documents by e-mail, you consent to unencrypted e-mail communication, i.e., only using standard transport encryption methods. If you would prefer more secure transmission, please submit your documents by mail using our business address. The personal data you submit will be deleted from our system within 6 months after completion of the application process if your application is rejected.
The data processing is carried out at your request and is necessary for the appropriate processing of your application in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the purposes stated.
Your rights
You have the right
